Below you can pre-register to purchase our offers for villas in Summerland. Participation is free and non-binding.
You will certainly understand that, for the sake of fairness, we cannot make any exceptions to these incredibly cheap offers. That is why we need a few simple rules, which you will find below.
1. Number of discounted Small Villas
We are offering a total of 10 small villas with a 75% discount (€50,000 instead of €200,000).
We are also offering 10 small villas with a 50% discount (€100,000 instead of €200,000).
We are also offering 10 small villas with a 25% discount (€150,000 instead of €200,000).
The total number of villas is calculated from the total sales of cash and installment payments.
2. Allocation of offers
The offers will be allocated after registration has been received. You will be notified by email.
3. Validity of the offer
After we have sent you the floor plan, a sample contract, the necessary legal documents and the site plan, you have 7 days to make a binding commitment. If we do not receive a commitment within this time, the offer to you will expire and the next registered customer will move up the list.
4. Transferability of the offer
The offer is NOT transferable. Please make sure you provide your correct details.
5. Conclusion of contract and payment
The contract will be concluded within 2 weeks of your binding confirmation (date of the reservation form). The deposit or full payment must also be made upon conclusion of the contract.
